Do you charge for your designs?

When we provide our clients with our design services, because it is an in depth process we do charge for this service. If we are awarded the project then the price of the design is credited towards the final total of the project.

Do you work within a specific budget?

Yes, we will work with you to come up with a realistic budget for your project. This will help us to determine how we can best maximize your budget to fit your needs.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms will vary depending on the project’s scope. For larger projects, we require a scheduling deposit and deposit before work starts. Some projects will have progress payments as work progresses. Once all work is complete, all balances are to be paid in full.

What if I want to make changes or additions during the project construction?

Changes during a project are common. We will work with you to make the best choices for your project. All changes will be accompanied by a change order and those amounts must be paid in full once invoiced.
